也沒甚麼神秘,老麥就開放過工廠讓人參觀。其實只是把雞肉碎(當然應該不只肉還有骨之類,一併打碎夠方便)加黏合劑製成一塊好像肉的物體罷了。漢堡那塊「免治肉」大行其道的原因,本來也就是把下價劣質肉重新利用之舉(如果煎成牛排會太靭,打碎就吃得下了)。當然合成肉不算健康,正如植物肉加了椰子油,其實也是飽和脂肪。
